shipping policy

Salon Xtensions uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) as its exclusive shipping carrier. We offer each customer the opportunity to receive free first-class shipping to any U.S. state in the contiguous 48 U.S. states. In order to qualify for free shipping (3-5 days transit time), you must spend a minimum of $200 subtotal. We also offer the option for the customer to purchase expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) or USPS Express Mail (1-2 days). These two purchase options will be available in your shopping cart at time of check out and are calculated in real time based upon the sum total weight of all the products in your cart. Please note that shipping times commence after the order processing times are complete for the products you ordered. You will receive an email notification of when your order has completed processing and is ready to ship. The shipping notification will include all of your order details, including the shipping address and the USPS tracking number. Please use the tracking number to track your package via the USPS website found here or you may log into your member section found at the top left corner of this website.

return & exchange policy

Salon Xtensions offers a 7-day hassle-free return/ exchange policy for the following reason(s) only; 

1.) the hair produced was not matching the color on the website or off our color ring.

2.) the hair has defective craftsmanship. 

SalonXtensions will not return or exchange the item if;

1.) the customer ordered the wrong color, length, weight or any other attribute they chose at the time of purchase.

2.) has opened the original package

3.) has altered the hair in any manner to include, but not limiting to washing, conditioning, straightening, cutting or coloring the hair.

4.) If the order is a custom order that is not listed on our website. All custom orders are a final sale.

5.) If the sale has been made in person and delivered by hand by one of our sales reps, the sale is final and no returns/ exchanges will be considered.

Notes:

7-days start at the time of receipt proved by the acceptance or delivery proof by USPS. SalonX will not return or exchange any order past the 7 days of receipt.

To start the return process, the customer must send a written notice to sales@salonxtensions.com with picture proof of your claims. SalonXtensions will reply to your email with 1 business day. If it is determined that a return/ exchange is warranted, Salon Xtensions will issue an RMA shipping label. SalonXtensions will not accept any possible return without the approved SalonX RMA shipping label.

*** Salon Xtensions reserves the full right to refuse any possible return and/ or exchange due to any fraudulent intention or activity purported by the customer. ***
